Each bracelet is hand-strung by Lindy after your order is placed. Most orders ship within 2-3 working days. EU delivery is typically 3-5 working days after dispatch; worldwide delivery is 7-14 working days. Custom orders may take a little longer — Lindy will always confirm dispatch dates on custom pieces.

**What are the bracelets made from?**
Warm-gold or silver-tone metal beads on a seven-strand steel wire with a lobster or magnetic clasp. Hypoallergenic and safe to shower with, though we recommend removing them for the beach or the pool to preserve the finish.

**Which countries do you ship to?**
Free shipping across the European Union. Worldwide shipping is offered at a flat rate at checkout — see the shipping page for exact costs by region.

**What's your returns policy?**
30-day returns on non-personalised products, unworn and in original packaging. Custom / personalised bracelets and pocket stones are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty. See the returns page for full details.

**How do I know what size to order?**
